Deadlift 5 RM (add 10 lbs to last workout)
Strict Pull Ups 3 x max reps

Tried deadlift and got up to 145, but it seemed too risky, so I skipped it.

Pull ups 3x14 (using machine at Gold's Gym with 40lbs of help)

WOD: AMRAP in 8 minutes
10 kb swings @35lbs
10 warrior sit ups
10 thrusters @40lbs

Made it to 5 rounds

Finished with 1000m row in 4:25
