- 10 Pistols, left leg

WOD: For Time
- 20 Wall Balls (20/14# to 10')
- 40 Pull Ups 
- 20 Wall Balls
- 40 Box Jumps (24/ 20″)
- 20 Wall Balls
- 40 Ring Dips
- 20 Wall Balls
- 40 Kettlebell Swings (53/ 35#)
- 20 Wall Balls

Substituted 10 thrusters at 45#. Strict pull ups with green band (medium); did 5 unbroken each set. Ring dips were weak...kinda jumped.

Took about 17 min.
