Home (Crossfit Football Strength/Compound WOD)

Amateur
Deadlift 5 RM (add 10 lbs to last workout)
Warm-up. Didn't know what "5RM" meant, so I did: 185x1, 185x2, 165x5.
I realized that 165x5 was what I should have done.

Strict Pull Ups 3 x max reps
10, 11, 11 (each set was with the green band)

WOD: As many rounds and reps as possible in 20:00:
- 400m Run
- max. Push Ups

Just realized that I did the push ups first and then the run...oops. 
1st: 25 push ups, run to Wrentham stop sign/bush. 2nd: 25 push ups, run. 3rd: 15, run. 4th: 15, run. 5th: 15, run. 6th: 15, run. 7th: 4 push ups.
