Amateur
Squat 3x5 (add 5 lbs to last workout)
190, 190, 185 
Banded Goodmorings 100 reps
As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes:
Close Grip Bench - 3 reps at 65lbs.
Dynamic Push Ups
 - 10 reps (I did regular push ups and it was still hard!)
