Skill: review workout
WOD: For Time (35min time cap)
- 1 mile Run
- 50 Burpees
- 800m Run
- 50 Pull Ups
- 400m Run
- 50 Squats
Finished in 30 minutes (don't remember exact time, but I worked HARD!). All 50 pull ups were kipping! Only did one or two at a time, but I made it to 50!
