Snatch 1RM
Attempted 95 several times...almost made it. Need more smaller weights (1lb, 2.5lb, 5lb plates).
WOD
- 5 rounds of "Cindy"
- 5 Pull Ups
- 10 Push Ups
- 15 Squats
Finished in 5:45. Worked hard but need to string together more than 2 pull ups at a time.
